Fo-Guang-Shan-Temple Berlin
Custom interior solutions for a spiritual space of serenity and community
The Fo-Guang-Shan Temple in Berlin was completed with extensive interior fit-out and custom furniture works. OER Innneneinrichtungs- und Ladenbau GmbH was responsible for the interior and drywall construction of the main building, including wall and ceiling claddings, podium systems, scenographies, and seating benches. In addition, bespoke built-in furniture was manufactured and installed — such as sideboards, library cabinets, tea kitchens, statue platforms, sliding doors and picture rails. Special attention was given to combining functional utility with a sacred spatial atmosphere. The design was developed in collaboration with Frederic Rolland & Associés.
